Lunati Voodoo Crank & Rods

I know the Lunati name but I'm looking for experience with these specific parts. Colorado Speed was the only sponsor I saw that had them @ $680 shipped. Here's an ebay link http://www.ebay.com/itm/LUNATI-GM-LS...-/200884472883

I apologize if I affended.
I would not hesitate to purchase a lunati product at an affordable/competitive price. They have a stellar reputation of producing an outstanding product.

No offense at all. Let's see who else will add in. I found a thread where Texas Speed is using them. They don't list them for sale individually but they have them in they're stroker kits & engines. They compare the quality to Compstar. See post 16 https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...shop-tour.html

Lunati is now at least partially owned by Holley. They had a stretch right after Holley bought 'em where they had some problems with thrust surfaces on big block cranks not being properly hardened, but they corrected it quickly, AFAIK. Back in the day, they were the ****, but I can't speak from experience on the newer stuff.

I have one from texas speed. No run time yet, I just got the motor back in the car last weekend.
What I can tell you is Texas speed was confident that this crank would be fine for my 700rwhp goal and the stress my D1 Procharger will put on the crank snout. This was ballanced to my rods and pistons at texas speed by the way.
2nd, my local machine loved this crank as well, they had no problems with the bearing clearances and the thrust clearance.
So we'll see here in a few weeks when she hits the rollers how it all goes down.
