Any cam can suck for an A4 if not properly tuned and if you don't have the right supporting mods. With that cam you are going to want a decent stall converter. Also, what supporting mods do you have for the cam?

For a DD I would want a smaller camshaft than a high 230's low 240's duration grind.
Only if you've previously daily driven a LS engine with a cam of this size would I recommend something that large.
As Lemons said, max effort cam means max effort supporting modifications.

I had the MS3 and I sometimes wish I kept it and better optimized it. It was decent with the SS3600 but I think it would;ve done way better with the Circle D 2E that I have sitting in a box.
The MS3 can run hard but it needs to be in a lighter car with a 4000+ stall and the right gearing and supporting mods with a spot on tune.
Like any bigger cam the setup need to be optimized correctly which isn't hard to do.
With the cam choices out now there are better options IMHO
