Stay under 230 for anything that you would be tempted to get annoyed with real easily. If you have a high tolerance you can run my cam DD like me!

I have to vote for the FMS F4 cam. Has a great sounding idle with excellent street manners. Car pulls hard from 2300 up and it never surges at all.

I was looking at this cam to from Speed Inc. Do you guys have sniffer testing in NJ? We have it here. I was thinking of either the TR224 or TSP224R but then ran across this one. Is the extra exhaust dur and lift really that benificial when running cats over the straight cams I mentioned?

My reccomendation would be something high 220's low 230's duration on a 112 or 114. The cam you just listed would be a great one for a DD, i used to run a 232/228 on a 110

Even the f13 is fairly mild, although youll probably be better off with a 224 or 228 if your sensative about drivability.
