Unhappy Look at this cylinder wall!!!

Damn, got this 6.0L motor w/only 10k on it. Today was warm so I decided to start tearing it down for the heads/cam. Everything looked perfect until I removed the drivers side head-this is what I found
To make things worse I bought it about 6 months ago and it only has a 90 day warranty
What would you guys do if you were me?

The pics were too large-I hope this link works.

thats not bad. Just looks like some water got in there and caused a little surface rust. I would just clean it with some steel whool and decarbon the tops of the pistons.

Why don't you save it on your computer so people don't have to download it.

Blown head gasket?
Walls dont look too damaged.
I guess you could replace rings and give it another light hone. Clean up everything and reassemble.

Sorry about the link, the pics were too big to post-I am not that computer savy!
Anyway some of that is just surface rust but if you look closely at the pic that looks very spotted, there are a few areas of heavy pitting. I don't think that is
going to hone out. Also keep in mind I took those pics after scrubbing the wall with a scotch brite pad when I was still in denial.
Called the yard I bought it from but the guy who sold it was out-should be back
tomorrow. I'll keep you posted as to whether they make good on this or not.
