10s M6 N/A combos wanted....
Just as the title says. If you got a 6 speed car that run 10s on motor alone. What's your cubes/intake/cam/weight etc......
I'm trying to see what it really takes. Thanks for the help.

Staging Lane
My 02 C5Z with 6-speed, 416" NA ran 10.30 @ 136 3450 race weight. I'm not a good driver as I didn't know my car then. Having a 454lsx installed now. Should go 9.6, 9.7 NA.
The old 416 at the time had TF 235's, Fast 90 and a cam 236/242 I believe. Was totally streetable

2003 Z06, LS3/416 ci. 10.47 @ 133, 6 speed, 3.42 gears, bias ply ET Streets/skinnies. particulars are in my signature. Very conservative tune due to 91 octane crap fuel. race weight 3200 to 3250 depending on amount of gas in tank.

Interesting.... thanks guys. I noticed the last 4 builds mentioned is north of 400 cubic inches. That tells me a lot right there. Shows a stroker motor it's easier to get the job done and weight being very critical.

More cubes=you can be less aggressive on the cam and heads...
408 stroker 6.0
11.5/1 compreesion
PRC stage 2.5
Texas Speed cam
4.10 gears in a 12 bolt
Spec 3 + clutch
Pacesetter LTs
11.1@124
My wife drives this car a LOT. Weighs over 3600 lbs, AC, 25 MPG, and has proven itself with 15k on it so far...

Mine's gone as quick as 10.55 at 133.3 with a 1.59 60', 104.78 in the eighth. The air was very good (low to mid 50s and fairly dry), the track was hooking and I was launching the car better than usual. I have a 427, 12:1 compression, off the shelf TFS 235s, Fast 92 intake with a 3,650 lb. race weight. I have 3.73 gears.
Here's a video from another night. Someone was videoing the guy I was racing. He was a little quicker.

Thanks guys. A lot of great combos here in this thread. Always good to see the different combos to get the job done. Seems like the 416 is the new 408. Keep them coming I'm studying before I make a move.

My old 412 Ls2 went 10.78@129.44 race weight was in the 3800lb range.
4.0 bore x 4.1 stroke.
4:11 gear on a 27" QTP. 1.51 60ft.
FAST 90.
11.7:1 compression with the original Allpro Cathedral ports.
Do not recall the cam specs, but believe they were 230ish/240ish low 600 lift.

Mines going 10's or bust. Haven't had it at the track very much yet.
Iron 410
11.6:1
AFR 230's
Ported FAST 102
24x/25x cam
It's trapped 125mph on the limiter before the traps and a low shift rpm so I know it has more in it. Planning on getting it on a drag pack before I hit the track again and bumping up the limiter and shift light.
