LS7 valves/springs/pushrod length??

LS7 valves/springs/pushrod length?? Has anyone got any idea's yet on stainless valves, and 'good' springs that will allow me to run a big cam? I believe the installed height is 1.980 vs 1.800 in the ls1/6 heads. The valves are 2.20 x 1.610 I believe, but are also longer.
Also, any guesses as to pushrod length?

I was talking to him today and i was told they are the same length. The offset is done in the rocker so the push rod and lifter are in the same position as any Gen 3- Gen 4.
He is calling me back tommorow and i will double check. Also the reason he is calling me back is to hopefully give me some flow #s on the heads.
