what converter
I have a full weight trans am with a 370 in it. Im putting a 4l60e behind it and was wondering what size stall I should run. My cam is a 238/247 624/624 with a 114 LSA. My heads will be flowing around 346cfm and I do plan on running a 200 shot of nitrous. Any suggestions?

I plan on maybe hitting it once in awhile. I do plan on driving it on the street every once in awhile but when I run it at the track and I run nitrous I want to get the most out of it when im on the juice.

So your want the converter setup for the track and nitrous with street manors in mind. I would suggest a 3800-4000 stall - a "4C". It will have excellent street manors and run good on motor, but love the juice. The Stage I billet series should be good, but we also offer the stronger Stage II as well. Please call or PM if you have any questions.

I don't see what all the fuss is with Andre. I was all down for buying an Edge UNTIL i talked to him. Came off to me as an arrogant guy. He would not, absolutely not build me a 3800. "3400 is the absolute best converter for MY car"...
All though they do build very high quality converters, im glad i went with my Yank.

no fuss, but he was very pleasant for me to deal with as well as others. i like for people buying stuff to know all their options whether good or bad. for me its been good so far. with your situation maybe he thought you would regret the 3800 hell i dunno. i went with a 3200 and he seemed like thats as high as he would recommend for whatever reason. i wish i had a 4000 sometimes but i might change my mind if i ever actually had one. everyone that rides with me says my combo works very good together. tr224/edge 3200.

well Yank didnt get their following from making a bad product. the obviously understand our needs so i just may go with them next time around. but, so far my edge has been perfect so i will keep it a while.

I havent installed it yet as I am waiting to slap a shift kit in the trans to help it live longer. You may want to research this also. I would have thought a kit would help kill a trans, but the opposite is actually true, especially with a converter. I'll be going with a TransGo for my 4L65E.
Good luck on your build and I hope you have a good ordering and spec'ing experience with Circle D as I did.
