With stock heads 90% of the guys on here will recommend the cc503. Has good midrange and lopes pretty good. Also, you dont have to spin it too high with the stock bottom end.
the hotcam is hated by alot of people but it does put out descent numbers and is a little smaller than the 503.
Personally though, if I dont rebuild my motor this summer and just swap cams Im going with the cc306, its bigger than the above cams and needs to be spun higher to make more power but in the end, it makes more power and it will be goin in my "racecar/toy"

the big cams on stock heads actually run out of steam because they're not designed with the restrictions a stock head will force upon you. as far as power I've seen some gm847/cc306 cars dyno around the same as a cc503 through an auto, not sure with a 6 speed though. can't really say I've seen dyno numbers of a cc503 through a t56 but I imagine it would be around 350rwhp or so

I went with the lunati 60121, but it all depends on what you are after and what restrictions you have (emissions) I am finally getting it dyno tuned Friday so I will be able to back up my recommendation with some numbers but I can tell you that this cam made a world of difference in my car, nice little lope at idle and this thing really comes alive around 3500 when my stall kicks in the power difference is unreal when going from a basically stock car to this setup as I did.

I would say the CC503 for stock heads. I was deadset on the CC503 ,but now I am going to go with the Advanced Induction 226/234. just a LITTLE bit bigger than the CC503, squeezing a little more power out of it, while keeping similar drivability and not choking the cam.
