Overheating...please help
Fellas i have tried the following with no luck. Checked the radiator, hoses and water pump for leaks...none found. Flushed the system refilled with 70%dexcool. 20% water, new radiator cap, and replaced the coolant level sensor. All with the end result of still running hot. Collant isn't overflowing, just heating up to abot 240 and my car never really went past 210. I also checked the radiator and condensor for dirt, debris or plastic bags...nothing. What could this be? I
If i remove the radiator cap and let the car run for about 5+mins the coolant level slightly rises but doesn't run out of the radiator neck housing. Could this be a bad water pump or t-stat? Any help would be appreciated.

I also drill "steam holes" in my 'stats. Too big might
bother you northern folks' winter warmup but I've
never had a prob with 3/32". \
I see no mention of whether the fans are running
during the overtemp swing.

Thanks for all the input fellas. As far as bleeding the coolant line how do i do this? Do i disconnect and squeeze the line? The fans kick on right at 210 and remain on for about a minute after i turn the car off. They stay on the whole time from when the car reaches 210 degrees.
