clutch to handle the power..or a 3600-4000rpm stall for an auto, with a big trans cooler
probably a new rear end pretty soon
sounds like the engine has all the major things needed already.
headers and good exhaust are about it. does it come with injectors? your stockers most likely won't hold up to the demand.
get poly motor mounts while you have it out.

definitely gonna need a stall for that cam in an auto...ill let some auto guys chime in...
if you want budget headers, get some coated pacesetter lts and ORY. probably want to run 42lb injectors just so you dont max out your fuel.

Stalls are really expensive, I dont plan on racing it to much because I dont think the stock trans will even hold up, its already at 107k. I also guess I wont be running 87 octane any more. the plan is to sell the car as one with alot of potential with a just a couple more upgrades for the new owner, thats if i dont change my mind when I hear it running.

What stall would be ideal and whats the lowest stall I can get away with running so i can compare the prices and pick one. again I probably wont drag race it much since its a vert and dont plan on a cage. Also are gears gonna be a must as well?

gears will depend on what's in it now.
373s would be great.
you can probably get away with stock 3.23s
but the shitty 2.73s some autos came with would be a dog with that cam.
