My TURBO 'd 6.0 T/a Sucks!!!!
I had a whole other thread going about my car but ive changed so much on the car that the specs are to different and the damn thing still wont make power! so ill cut to the chase.

vig 3600 (locked during dyno use)
2004 6.0 iron block (stock)
ls1 intake
f-11 , Futral motorsports, 228/230 576/595 112+4
Ported 317's
patriot golds.
T76 with a .96 on center exaust housing
TTI street kit. cast manifold for pass side
3 inch down pipe to a 4 inch straight through exaust mandrel bent out the back
38mm turbosmart waste gate merged back into exaust very nicely.
60lb injectors 60% wot
11.5 afr 12 deg. at wot tuned by me and 2 other reputable tuners.
13 psi!!!!!
470 rwhp!!!??????? im at the end of my ropes guys. what am i missing??

As far as the timing goes im on 91 out here in CA we dont have 93 , besides 3 to 4 degrees of timing wont put me anywhere near the gains im looking for.
Isnt it fair to say people that this combo should be worth 600 whp????

I ve had very cam savy people tell me the cams ok, and i was and still am doubting.
timing i just commented on and injector info fixed.

That cam is NOT killing 100+RWHP assuming its installed right. Got a graph of it on the dyno?I would agree you should be running a little more timing. Have you done a compression test since its a stock motor? Your intake sucks, but i would be more suspect of the trans slipping.

Whats the 60 ft, the mph...etc etc....
Tires? Gears?
Im not convinced yet anything is wrong just because of a dyno number. Dyno numbers are worthless, dyno tuning can be very valuable.

I would also increase the timing some at peak torque and even more afterwards. Dont rely on the dyno to give you all the info use the same changes at the track.
EDIT: The dyno is not telling the full story to trap 99 at 37xx lbs you are making more then the dyno is showing.

I would also increase the timing some at peak torque and even more afterwards. Dont rely on the dyno to give you all the info use the same changes at the track.
If your car is trapping in the 100's in the 1/8 the dyno is not telling the full story.

and then my buddy puts his aps stock ls1 with a zo6 cam and some stock 317s and makes 570. how am i supposd to feel? sure i can beat him but power is speed so if im fast with 470 ill be that much faster with 570. ya know?

i wouldnt rely on the numbers if i felt my car should make 550 and it made 520 but if i expect 600 or 650 from 13 psi out of a t76 on a 6.0 and i get 470ish

Your injectors should be fine. I made over 900rwhp with 60lb. injectors.
The only reason i suggest cam is the duration is not that great along with a tight lobe sep. BUT, for 600whp, this cam should be fine! We really need to see a graph. 100mph in the 8th. isn't bad either. Also keep in mind a good rule of thumb is this. At 15lbs of boost you should be fairly close to DOUBLING your motors N/A hp. If your motor makes 350hp N/A then you should be close to 700hp at 15lbs of boost.

I would say the dyno reads low or is wrong. I would say at that weight and mph you are probably making 550 at least.
