Default 10 sec. heads and cam

anybody have any thoughts on what i should go with...i've looked into tfs and maybe even an afr...what do you guys think about an all pro head? what would be the best head for a max effort 346 build...already have supporting short block just need to top it off with a set of heads and a cam....comp. will be about 12:5.1 with 64cc heads so that should bump the power up a lil....maybe i need to go solid roller? or stick with hyd.? will be running vic jr efi with 90mm tb...also what about cam custom or off the shelf...looking to get into the 10.5's on motor then ill be adding a lil spray and getting into the 9's..

Search Chrs1313. Pred-Z spec'd him out the El Torro cam. He runs 10's through an auto and stock gears.

all pros are going to cost about double of afr or tfs and really are not going to do anything on a 346, i would say you need at least 427 ci to use all pro heads

I would definitely look into the Trick Flow cylinder heads. As far as the camshaft goes, our new RapTR camshaft works really well with those particular heads.

"max effort" should be faster than 10.5...

Im ran 10.3 with LS6 heads almost 2 years ago...

In my oppinion, the TFS is the head to go with. As far as cam choice goes, I would contact a sponsor or someone like PredetorZ for a spec.
