My tr55's are gapped at .050 in my LT1. For N/A I've always gone with "as wide as your ignition can handle". Typically with a high energy ignition system you want as much gap as you can run without misfiring. This allows the flame to start and be more complete through the entire combustion process. This is just my $.02. For N2o use I would start around the .035 mark and go from there using a tr6 plug for minimal nitrous use (most I've ever run on them is 150 shot)

Mine are set to .043 and getting a little misfire. I will be changing to .038-.040 and see how that goes. Leaning towards to the .038 as that will give a little leeway when they begin to wear and the gap increases.
