HPP Racing had one, but it wasn't a normal Dynojet. I think they read their numbers in STD instead of SAE if I'm right.

Dynojet will give you numbers in both those, and others as well.

There's a shop in Duncanville that has both chassis and engine dynos. I'm struggling with recalling the name; I'll post it when it comes to me.

Got it! Dennis Wells Racing; Address and phone number are on his site.

Hey 4SFEDZ how close is that to Kyle? I will be moving there in two weeks. Also if your not familiar as to where Kyle is, it is 15 minutes south on I35 of Austin.

Standing in Duncanvile you could probably hit Dallas with a rock. LOL Dennis is a Tech writer for one of the Dirt Track magazines - forgot which one, but he has at least a country-wide reputation. I once saw a 1,000 HP SB running on his chassis dyno AWESOME SOUND!

Cool, how long has he had a chasis dyno? What does he charge, I couldn't find it on his web page.

You asked about close to Dallas and he's the closest one I can think of. Of course, Reher and Morrison, of Pro Stock fame, is in Arlington, but I don't know if they dyno tune, even though they have a few.

Chassis dyno ownership? More years than I know about. He had a flow bench for flowing heads, etc., a Cam Doctor to computer measure/analyze a cam, etc., etc.

Give him a calL. Map, phone #s, etc are all there. IK'm not affiliated with his shop so I don't know the details you're looking for. You'll need to talk to him for specifics like charges, to make an appointment, etc.

He's the GURU for the small block dirt track boys. He deveoped a procedure for Hot Water Boreing/Honing of a block to achieve EXTREMELY accurate cylinder bore dimensions, etc. It was featured in an article in one of the mags.

Hope this helps.

Jake
