That'll fix it? the alignment guy said they can't fix camber. Actually 2 places said they can't on newer cars.

Not sure where you are going for alignments but go to a reputable shop with modern equipment. They may not be able to actually 'fix' the issue if the car needs parts but they can tell you what the problem most likely encompasses.

Bad ball joints can cause cast and camber issues. I think...

1) sounds like you've probably got worn ball joints, probably uppers. Check them both however.

2) any shop that says they can't adjust camber is stupid and I wouldn't go there for anything and I wouldn't trust them.

I'll get someone to check them out. Just putting new tires on and don't want 200$ tires to get messed up. I appreciate all the input.

You can adjust it yourself but you need a special tool to do the job-it's like $100 or something...

You are welcome! Definitely solve the issue before messing up the new tires. Hopefully it won't be too expensive. Good luck!

No you just need a wrench and a way of measuring it. It's two blots in the lower A-arm. I did it when I swapped out my suspension so that it was close enough that the car was drivable. You have to get a shop to get it perfect though.

Wow are you serious? That's great news. I've spent the last 10 years listening to various alignment shops tell me that "the car's at factory 'spec" even though I can see the front tires on both my T/A & Z28 have way too much positive camber, which is also evident by the outer wear on the tires. Damn GM and their special tools...
