It's definitely low. The gears hurt a little, but it still seems low. I put down over 480whp. with a ported LS6 intake & TB, stock corvette mass air meter, PRC 215's, tsunami cam, LG headers, ORX, cat back, pulley, stock 3:42 gears, & a M6. It was also on a Dynojet. Of course, my car is a Z06 vette & it has a more efficient air intake set up. The tsunami cam is also a little larger than the MS3. What compression are you at? I'm at 11:4:1 with a 91 octane tune.

Heintz racing tuned it but it was 98 degrees when they did. The heads are milled to 60cc so I'm guessin 10.8 to 1 or maybe 11 to 1 compression.

Just a touch over 11.1 compression with a stock GM MLS gasket. As Justin said, it was 98-99 degrees in the dyno room. AFR is around 12.8 across the board, which is where the car liked to be. Lean it out to 13.2 and it made a touch less power. Car would not accept any more timing than about 26-27 degrees. This is probably the worst time of year to be making big numbers with a NA car, I was pretty happy with the numbers actually for our dyno and the heat.

Curves look good, but the low torque gives me the idea that the Dynojet weather station gave you a bad correction that day. Any car with 11.0:1 SCR and excellent components you have should make a minimum of 400lb ft of torque. I suspect yours is, but the DJ weather station probably did not correct appropriately for the hot muggy weather. Those weather stations are notorious for under reporting humidity especially which can really swing the numbers low.

Did you get the throttle not opening situation fixed? I'd be interested in seeing what she makes at 100% throttle position

Agreed. That HP number is generally what we see with close to that same setup on our dyno. I too thought the torque should have been up a touch. I personally had a car with PRC Stage 2.5 5.3 heads about 5 years ago with a MS3 cam and FAST 90/90 combo. Made 440rwhp 395 rwtq back then on our same dyno.

Just about every dyno test I have seen using PRC heads has shown that the 215's are about 15hp. better than the ported stock 5.3 or LS6 castings. So the numbers still seem a bit low. Pat G has a very good point about the weather station though. When I made over 480whp. the conditions were like a mineshaft. Cool, dry air with a very low D/A. That factor alone can make a big difference in power.

Agreed on weather factoring in on dyno. I just had my car dyno'ed two days ago. Temps were 93 and humidity (according to DJ weather station) was 30%......in Florida. Florida doesn't see 30% humidity, lol. I "only" made 399whp on a fresh LQ4, 10.8:1 compression, 236/242 cam, 799 heads. However, last night I pulled 4-5 cars on a 425whp BMW 335i that traps 117mph here in the Florida heat. I'll be hitting the track next week.
Don't fret OP, dyno is a tuning tool. Your car is just fine!
