have the opportunity to take advantage of a good deal on one of these, would it be well suited for a rear mount setup in a 5.3 pwr'd camaro?

LOL, the T25 came stock on a 88-89 300zx turbo. Even they were considered too small on those 3.0 liter engines. If you put one on a 5.3, you would probably cause a drop in power from a stock 5.3.

Maybe if you did 4 of them; Two per side. That might get you somewhere.

Too small , you can get a 76mm from on3 on eBay for 300$

A t25 is what I have on my 750cc motorcycle. lol
