about 427 and 454 engine
hi guys just i want know whats the good engine from those two or any engine else for making 700hp na on the wheel and can handle 300hp shot of nitrous
im thinking about Vengeance Racing engine 427 . the car not for street use its for sand dune hill rise race only if and buddy have good ide let me know my budget is 18000usd for the engine block and heads .

700hp to the tires is a stout engine if your trying to stay with a fast style intake. We have built 725-740 flywheel horsepower strokers no problem. I guess it really depends on if your running pump gas, and what intake combo your considering.

thanks for your replay i have fast intake and 102 tb im looking for long block can make 700hp on tire and can handle 300hp nitrous shot . means my goal is 1000hp . let me know what engine good for me i dont want the car for street use its for race and im using c16 fuel or q16 on my car .

I have a LSX454 and its good for NA but if you ever want to go boost or a lot of spray I would lean toward the the 427 because the cylinder walls are thicker. For all out TQ or all motor power def the 454 though.
