If you're looking for a real car and not some hackjob see the link in my sig. I'd avoid that car unless you plan on parting it out.

Id stay away. If you dont have the funds to buy a ready to go 9.5K car, then you dont have to funds to get that POS. Sounds like it was pieced together by someone who didnt know much about these cars, plus the overheating issue, the electrical issues, and the tranny mount issue (which I still dont understand), Id stay away.

The upside is that even if you don't know what you're doing, you can replace the damaged radiator in no more than 30 minutes.

The motor is a $2400 stroker from Ebay the guys makes a buisiness of selling them that is not a someone sold it cheap that is a pile of **** slapped together so some idiot can say they have a 383.

The radiator popping and now the starter wont crank makes me wonder about combustion pressure popping the radiator and then coolant filling the cylinder. His idea that the coolant splashing underhood being the cause of electrical issues stopping the start is unlikely, remember we drive cars in the RAIN everything underhood can handle water exposure.

What you have there is someone who took his deployment money and blindly threw it at a car without a clue what he was doing and he put together a halfassed piece of **** that he couldn't maintain or handle. While this is unfortunate it is also common.

I feel bad for the kid having been disabled in serving our country but that doesn't make the car any better.

IMO Joe's car would be cheaper than that one in the end because by the time you fix the engine in that one and make just the underhood right you will spend $10k and that wont even cover whatever else is fucked up on the car.

Yes ramairs car might sound expensive but is actually a steal if you were to build a all motor 10sec street car. Buy something bone stock and mod from there or buy a car that is proven and is worth over what they are asking in parts alone

To take a car from stock to decent heads/cam car and you can spend more than $10K easily. Tranny, suspension, exhaust all adds up.
