When to throw it on the Dyno?
I started up the LS yesterday and got the ~30 mile oil change done. I feel I probably have 35 miles on it right now, still running break in oil.
When should I dump the break in oil, put regular back in and dyno tune it? Or dyno it with break in oil?

Exactly. When to dyno? As soon as it has oil pressure, and you know it has no leaks LOL. I usually like to heat cycle them once, check for leaks, and go over the car to make sure stuff like no hose clamps are loose, the wheels have been torqued, little things like that.
So drain the break in oil and send it in with VR1 conventional?
I have been driving it around at various RPMS, engine breaking ( I have manual trans), going up and down some hills etc.
I have about 4 or so WOT runs (4-5K MAX rpms),
