Default nitrous noob, advice please

ok guys (or gals), i have read about a hundred threads, no joke, but could someone save me the time of 100 more, and show me a link maybe, id like to see a step by step n20 basic install, wet or dry, for a 1998 z28. anything ui can show/point me to is appriciated. including personal expirience about what kits are good/suck. ive decided if i am capable i wanna do it. i have decent mech knowledgewith my platform. thanks

What are your HP goals? Do you have a stock car? Stock fuel system?

ah yes sorry shud have gave more details, 1998 z28, stock motor, with lid and exhaust, 100k miles excellent condition, stock fuel system. have read nx install that says stock is fine with 100 shot, have read that need bigger pump etc, no real hp goal, but wud like to run low 12's. running drag radials, runs 13.2 now. really main goal is just /badass/ street car respectable at track. like stock reliability, but want the punch of n20 for fun. willing to do it correctly and upgrade plugs, proper switches and timing etc etc.

Personally, considering the age, it wouldn't hurt to consider replacing the original fuel pump with a reasonable replacement unit from Racetornix. Considering the cost involved vs. the potential for fuel issues from a weak/old pump, I'd say it's a wise investment, just my .02

I'm also considering nitrous. Have any luck finding what you need for the kit or how to install a kit? I found a universal zex nitrous kit on craigslist for $200 but I dont know the first thing about a nitrous install lol.

Spray 100-125 on it and it Will run low 12s easily and might get in the 11s on Drag Radials. depending on 60 fts. My car went 12.20s-30s on real street tires non DRs on a 100shot. Bolt-ons and on the Drag radials 11.70s can be had. Buy a standalone fuel system and pump and don't pull off the rail and put 109 unleaded in it and you can get away with not pulling any timing on small shot. Good Luck

ok, the lnc2000, and the nos15982 window/rpm switch controller. any input on installing, looking at the instructions online, pretty complicated.

The LNC2000 is very easy to hook up. one harness goes to each coil pack on each side of the motor ==They plug right into factory harness==and I think its the orange wire goes to your button or WOT switch when the dope is spraying so it pulls timing when you spray only.
