Is there any interest in renting a wheel fitment tool like this?

At almost $400 this tool is one of those specialty tools you might only use once. So, it's tough to stomach.
On the other hand, not getting it right the first time means cut tires, tires sticking out too far, or being recessed too far in, and/or rubbing. Considering the cost of tires, and the cost of having the wheel rehooped maybe $400 isn't so bad. I would love to have had this tool, it seems much more accurate than that plastic one with the wire.
I was thinking if I could rent this tool out, it would be a damn sight cheaper for people, and no question about it, you'd much rather have this tool and know for sure your offset is right (you do need to have the tire your fitting on hand first). Quite a few people are adding big brake kits, and more narrow axles, so the list in FAQ is not always applicable.

Yeah, I seriously considered buying the tool as I have had my tires for months waiting on the wheels. I did big brakes and a narrowed rear. Combine that with deep concave wheels it was a challenge to get the look I wanted. I spent hours upon hours checking, double checking and even triple checking offsets and clearances. I would have rented it in a heart beat.

$30 would be a great deal. I have my wheels planned out, but I am thinking that would be a great deal for others. It would take you 14 rentals for you to make your money back though.

Now I'm torn, based on this thread https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-ti...let-style.html, I'm leaning toward tucking the wheels quite a bit. I like the extra travel it gives me. Not sure about the look. (6.5" backspace vs 6.25")
I figure though, I can always add a 1/4" spacer if I don't like it. On the hand if I work that 1/4" in to the backspace, and I don't like it or it put the tire too close to the lip, I'm screwed.
