Tried the 26x10x15s, got another .1. 6.9 at 100 mph. Best 60 was a 1.55. Cannot wait to get a converter and Trans brake in.

This was the best run, a Lincoln with a coyote swap 5.0 and a shot of gas. Pretty sleeper if you ask me!

Nice! Yeah, I'd say that lincoln is quite the sleeper.

He has been out there tuning it every time I go and I don't go that often. Pretty nice setup. He was reading some false knock and I think he may have worked around it. My carb has not registered any knock lately. Lol

Stanger is getting it done Zone! That 1-2 shift comes fast eh? LOL

Did you put that T-Rex cam in there? Also, what converter is in there now?

nice, is it basically just a 6.0 with a cam, on a side note I noticed that you like to play cat and mouse with slow cars, I was wondering if you ever let one run out to far and couldn't catch them lol

Yea, gotta give them some kind of sporting chance, lol. A turbo beetle and a c5 z06 I have let get out a touch too far, literally 50 more feet and I would have got them but let them leave a bit too far out. The z06 had better tires than I thought. Assumed he would spinfest but bit hard enough to make me misjudge. Lol

Th400 is giving me ****, the 1-2 is not working right. I will pull at 6200 to shift at 7200 and still bang the rev limiter.

It is the trex and it was supposed to be a Revmax 4500 converter. It is too tight. Foot brakes 2300.

Well, I cannot say I get my feelings hurt by cars with more money in a turbo than I have in the whole car, lol. Still cannot believe I made so many passes. I wanted to really see if hot lapping would change the ET, MPH, and it didn't. Letting it cool didn't. Only thing that changed it was not flashing the converter as hard as I could. 1200 rpm and then smash it.

Not bad, a correct converter and 4.10s I'm sure would be a nice improvement combined, maybe if I get a 4l80.

My car is exactly the same. It loves to hot lap and it loves a flash from anywhere from 1200 to 1500.

It dropped to 1.6s when I flashed from 1500. But then again, this tight converter needs all it can get.

Your car is running great!

So 1.55 60'...that's impressive with a tight converter. What all have you done out back? Are you running stock axle shafts? Any mods to your rear suspension?

I just got done swapping from a glide to a TH400 w/brake & FTI 4000. I'm a running a mostly stock LS1 (cam/carb) with all stock rear suspension and stock axle shafts. Hoosier 275/50 DR's & 3.73 gear...I'm hoping to get my 2900lb fox in the high 1.5's and hoping my axle shaft can live till winter when I can afford to upgrade.

Running ranger 28 spline axles, nothing special. Has granatelli I think uppers and lowers. Uppers are adjustable with -2* pinion angle. Stock carrier welded. I know she would love 4.10s. But I like street driving wish I had a Trans brake, I would be able to let you know how them axles would hold up. Lol. I am going to keep an eye out for a 31 spline carrier or just a entire rear that is already set up. I'm hoping a glass hood and remove the AC components under dash might be enough for a other tenth.

If the 383 runs harder than my 6.0, I'd keep it, if not, I don't blame you. Lol
