When should I change the stock time chin?

If your swapping out the cam then I would do it while your in there, I've never done it but i heard there is alot of slack in the chain. If your talking about just regular maintenance they're pretty durable as opposed to a belt, maybe when your getting close to the 200k mark

If you are "going in" to replace the chain, replace the sprockets at the same time. If the chain has enough miles to be worn, the sprockets are worn also. Just like a bicycle, a used sprocket will wear out a new chain!!
