Default 02 sensors again? 2nd set in 2 months

I had pacesetters installed a couple of months ago and I do have a 75 shot installed, well my OEM 02 sensors went bad, so i replaced them with some Bosch ones, that was 2 months ago, and yesterday the SES light comes on, so i took it to Autozone and they diagnosed it as the 02 sensors, well they replaced them under the 3 month warranty, but I'm worried this is gonna happen again.
what could this be? and what do I do about it?

Replaced them why? I mean what was the code? If its a slow switching code it isn't the sensor, if it was a heater circuit problem it possibly was. I cant believe AZ still scans code for free I mean I am all for great customer service, I stive for that at my shop as well, BUT with OBD being out for almost 10 YEARS now AND knowing that the AZ's in my area have been burned countless times from just scanning codes and using the "shotgun"approach at just replacing parts depending on what codes show up(So many times certain codes will be set from parts "upsteam" from the componet that the code identifies) I cant believe they still diagnosis from the parking lot

Work the waranty in your favor everytime. Sorry I don't know what to tell you, but I am curious about this myself.

I just went there to diagnose the car first and didn't mention that I replaced the sensor 2 months ago, so they scanned it and said, the 02 sensors are bad, and they replaced them under warranty, so I can't complain, but
what's causing these codes? could it be if I'm running rich? or the spray?
there's no loss in performance when the SES light comes on, it's just annoying

Im in the same boat as you. Killed my stock o2's, then got more stock o2's, then killed the bosch 13111's, got new ones under warranty. Now I just got brand new denso's and they almost immediately threw codes. I even tried some tuning tricks with limited luck. Guess its time to wrap the headers... :/

holds the heat in and increases switching rate. Thats the reason headers kill o2 sensors to begin with.

I'm running into this problem too. I read somewhere back a month ago that someone researched the problem and found that exhaust leaks play havoc with the o2's and cause them to have a short life span. I do have exhaust leaks with my JetHots LT and inside cat ORY crap.

I'm going to replace those inline cats with regular cats and ORY and then replace the o2 to see if that works. Who knows...

It is happening to me to went though 3 02 sensors in 2 months.
Called TSP, they told me to reprogram the computer chip.
It seems like the 02 are to far from the headers causing it to throw a code.
Everytime I get the same code, (PO135 SENSOR 1 BANK1 HEATER MALFUNTION)
I was told to knock out the heater part in the 02 sensor,by reprograming the PCM.
If anybody has any better advice than this please let me know.

Just to throw this out there....
I had the codes P0135, P1133, 0155 intermittently for a few months. I figured it wasn't actually both O2's bad at the same time. I checked the MAF and it was dirty. I cleaned it up, ditched the K&N and my problem hasn't come back since.

Other tips I've learned in 4 years:

1. Rear corvette specific O2 sensors are supposed to help; I'm still having success with the BOSCH ones now; I too have been through countless O2 sets since 2001.

2. I bought a small $10 propane torch from Lowes; periodically I remove the O2 and put it in the vise. Then hit the sensor for about 30 seconds per 4 sides with the propane to clean any garbage off. This helped me save some O2 sensors

3. My FLP's never had an issue with O2's, just the newer Stainless Works. My thoughts are O2 location in the header

4. I concur with calongo_SS; a dirty MAF will give strange results.

Ok,
well I'm gonna look at the maf sensor and see if it's dirty,
how do I check for exhaust leaks, it doen'st sound like I have one,
how about putting fire boots on the o2 sensors, will that protect them from the heat,
many questions, very frustrated,

im haveing the same problem but my light has been on ever since i installed the headers. some guy in fbody.com told me that the fumes from the coated headers foul out the o2's and after about 2 weeks of running to switch them for new ones and all the fumes should be gone. i dunno if this is true or not.
