Um, NO. you'll need more than bolt ons to get that much power to the ground. you could do it with a shot of nitrous and those mods, or with those heads and a huge cam with one kick *** tune and that might get you there

ok, get the heads ported/polished... say stage 2 or so, and get at least a 224/224 cam probably slightly bigger and you will be close. You already have good exhaust, and 425 to the wheels is ABSOLUTELY doalbe on a stock shortblock with a good set of heads and cams... Will need a good tune though...

Just get a bigger cam. 23x/23x 112 / 114 cam with LS6 heads (even stock LS6 castings) will net you right around 420-425rwhp, with the stock 10-bolt. You're going to need a clutch, by the way.

You aren't going to get the torque number you want without more displacement, forced induction, or nitrous.
You might be able to get 390-400 rwhp with stock LS6 heads and the 2002+ LS6 cam and full bolt on's. That's still a big might.
With stock LS6 heads and a 224 cam you will probably go over 400 rwhp, and possibly over 400 rwtq.

no way that torque number is happening on stock cubes/naturally aspirated (a few heads and cam packages broke into the 430s). Most cars making 425 rwhp make 380-410 rwtq. The reason is because most of the hp comes at higher rpms when the hp is higher than the torque. However, the Z06 heads and cam with a tune MIGHT be enough for 11s. A bigger cam (and possibly heads) would make 11s only a matter of traction.
