Default MAP sensor code?

I did a H/C swap on my car and today i got it tuned. It was throwin a map sensor code. It pluged in and i dont think i damaged it while i had the intake off. I was wonderign if any of you guys can suggest what to look for that might be causeing a problem? thanks for the help

not low voltage... i forget exactly what i t was but i was liek map sensor not working

The only ones I know are:

P0107: MAP sensor circuit low voltage (manifold pressure is low or high vacuum)

P0108: MAP sensor circuit low voltage (manifold pressure is high or low vacuum)

i got the car rescaned and it throwin code p0106 .... not sure what that is? can anyone help?

happened to my 35th also after I did my h/c.throwin the p106 code.low vac.@idle.raise your idle up a bit.should clear up.make sure you dont have any leaks.good luck

i have heard the only way to get rid of this code is to delete it? my idel is aroun 900 rmp which was set when eastside tuned it how much higher should i go?

Mine idles at 1050. The 232/234 cam sounds like a 220 though.

Are you for sure you don't have any leaks? I've seen people idle at 800-850 with no problems.

You check all the fuses? just throwing that out there.

People like to spray some carb cleaner with the little tube thing attatched to the can around the port seals. If the car changes tunes or starts to stumble, you've got a leak. It will evaporate and leave no residue behind too.

What we mostly meant by leaks is check the PCV system, brake booster, MAP sensor, or anything else that would let in un-metered air.
