There has been a recent batch of TSP ported heads that have had reports of smoking due to some porting issues... Look around in this forum for other posts on TSP/Dart smoking issues. If it turns out to be the heads I'm confident TSP will get things squared away for you.

btw i opened valve cover and i saw mount of oil there is that normal ?
