Immediately after install or when you drive the car? There will be some smoke from the engine compartment and tailpipe immediately after you start.

Is the car tuned? Are the valve seals on the heads new and installed properly?

Are the heads CNC ported? If so than check to make sure your intake rocker bolts are sealed properly.

If Don Lee Auto did the install I would be confident it wasn't a problem with the install (I mean anything is possible but they do awesome work).

There has been a recent batch of TSP ported heads that have had reports of smoking due to some porting issues... Look around in this forum for other posts on TSP/Dart smoking issues. If it turns out to be the heads I'm confident TSP will get things squared away for you.

99% it is only the intake rocker bolts were not sealed.
Easy fix.
