Well, what I'm trying to get at is-what makes the 90/90 incompatible with an LT4. The throttle body's connection to the air box I'm sure can be modified if needed. It's only plastic. The complication comes in with the manifold, I suppose. I'm wondering if anyone who has had a 90mm intake manifold on an ls1 can tell me or show me how it connects to the heads vs. how an LT4 intake mounts. Than I'll know if its worth the trouble. Aftermarket throttle bodies for LT1/LT4s are in the 52-58mm range. Is 90mm too much for the heads to handle? I have GTP ported stage 2 heads, btw.

It absolutely won't work, ever. You can't make it work, so don't even ask. As far as the LT1 throttle bodies being 52-58mm, They are twin 58mm bores my friend, that 58mmx2 in the LT1 tbs.
