belt problem???

belt problem???
I have a 99 C5 vette. Just installed iron 6.0 stroker, heads, cam, etc. The belt has been poppin off and ripping, changed it about 4 times, put new pulleys on and still doin it, does anyone have ideas please pm me thanks

I've seen this problem 1000 times, and seen it fixed every time the same way. It's also go a special "high sided" pulley, to help even more.
