I believe you can boost as far down as the p1 or d1 if you choose to put that big of a pulley on. I believe the size is a 4.33. But why would you want to buy an F1 if you don't plan on going over 12 psi?

On a 347 it might only be able to go as low as 10 or so .Depend's on his setup.

Do it... Just put the biggest pulley that you can and then if your motor still goes then it's meant to be with the forged engine... Just run little timing and lots of fuel to get you through... You may also look into some meth...

you could also run a cam with alot of overlap to bleed off some boost, that might help in keeping ht stock bottom end around for a little bit

I'm running a C5R 427 with LS7 heads. The car made almost 800 RWHP at the same 8 pounds of boost with a slightly leaner tune.

We had a customer with an 04 GTO buy an F1A from us. He had a 5.75 blower pulley custom made for him as his bottom end is still stock. He ended up with 6.75 lbs of boost. Bob
