Default Cannot get Procharger Belt on....Help

Any tricks to get belt on? I have 6-rib d1sc w/ 3.4" blower pulley.....Called procharger and they gave me part # K060355 which is 36 1/8" long......they only way I can get it on is if there is only one bolt holding head unit on and the tension pulley is removed.....I also got one size up which is part # K060365 and is 37 1/8" long and goes on with no problem but needs the tension pully all the way down and is still not as tight as it needs to be.......any suggestions or know where online I can order a belt that is imbetween the two above...? Thanks

it will work, I got the same setup, route the belt on the pulleys and then put the bolts in it, I just put a new belt on mine yesterday.

leave the ten. all the way up and then put the belt on the pulley, u may have to tilt the blower a lil bit, but once the belt is on push the head unit up and start putting you bolts in, you will be amazed at how far the ten. pulley goes down once you adjust it. keep with you'll get it.

I have to take the crank pulley off mine, put the belt on, then rotate the crank pulley back up into place and bolt it back on. But I have an 8 rib, so it may not be as easy for a 6 rib. I don't remember how the 6 rib pulley bolts on?
