Default K-members...worth The $$$$

So I have almost completed my suspension set up..and I'm looking at the UMI k-member. My only hold up is the price tag it comes with and it looks as if I should do the upper control arms at the same time. Are these worth it and can you tell the difference once on? The weight reduction is a plus..but damn that $$ tag

Looks as if with the lower A-Arms it sheds off 33lbs. Not bad.

33lbs for the A-arms only? How much does the K-member save?

No it isn't 33lbs for just the A-arms, i think that is K-member alone. I did both at the same time, and we weighed the stock stuff and the aftermarket stuff, and i think it was like a 44lbs difference. I also took the front swaybar off too, and that was like 10lbs so about 50-60 lbs you can loose from a K-member and lower A-arms. I have the road race version of the UMI K-member, and the only reason i got it was cause my buddy sold it to me for $300 and it was only installed, and uninstalled he didn't even drive on it.
