Sway Bar bushings
I just purchase a set of Energy Suspension Sway bar Bushing for my 2001 Camaro SS from Sam. When I went to install them they are two small. Part number of the Bushing is 95162G. I have a stock sway bar on my car. Anyone ran into this issue?

I have Strano sway bars that came with the bushings and bolts and they fit fine but not sure of the part number.
Where are they too small, on the sway bar or on the bolt that goes through the middle of them?

Oh my bad I thought you were talking about the endlink bushings. That is strange especially since Sam's swaybars are thicker than the stock ones which would mean even bigger bushings would go on those.

He doesn't have my bars... he has stock bars. The car is an SS, stock bar on a SS in front is 32mm. The part number he has 9-5162 is indeed Energy Suspension's 32mm bushing/bracket kit (just confirmed that again in their catalog).
Either the bar isn't stock, or the car is not a base SS and has a upgraded suspension from SLP (like Ultra Suspension that used a 35mm front bar).

You need to just measure the bar. An adjustable wrench works nicely, then just measure the opening.
The links will work no matter what.

Nobody can answer that, because it would obviously depend on how low the car it. But in all reality, I don't care and don't change mine because there is no tangible difference, and if you run them too short the swaybar can hit the outer tie rod and bend it.

I installed Vogtland spring (same drop) yesterday. When I put my swaybar back, the stock spacer look too long. The swaybar arm is at upward angle (about 45*). When that preloaded the swaybar?

So for example, with your spring 1.2 inch drop, should I use an endlink spacer 1.2 inch shorter than stock? Or I can stick with the 3 inch stock endlink spacer?

Well I thought, I'm the first owner of my car and it was stock that I should have a 32mm bar so that's what I ordered. But the 9.5162 which states is for a 32mm bar does not work. So either it was package wrong or the Catalog is showing the wrong part number.
