Default 24x Plug Wires

I wanted to see what wires everyone was using that has done a 24x conversion. I have been looking at MSD 32079 wire set but wanted to see what others were using.

I used Taylor cut to fits with 90* sparkplug boots and the Taylor LSx coil ends along with the DEI plug wire boot protectors. here are some pics of my new setup.

I figured cut to fit would be the best option. Thanks for the pics and reference on what you used.

i'm still using my lt1 wires (taylors) the opti boots go right on the LS coils. I hadn't decided how I was going to mount the coils, so I didn't cut the wires yet. i just rolled them up and zip tied to stay out of the way of anything until I decide how I'm going to mount the coils.

I've got mine mounted i just wondered if i could cut them and shorten them. I also noticed that the Taylor opti ends fit well too.

I bought the MSD 32079 universal kit. It comes complete with LS coil boots and plug crimping tool. I custom cut each wire to length. Worked out really well.

It might be more cost effective to go with the MSD then since it comes with everything that is needed.

Awesome. I have done the Taylor wires before so just have to see if it is any different with MSD wires. Thanks too!

Im going to be rocking the same configuration as posted in the pics above. Im using LS1 coil boots, msd modded wires, and 90* plug boots. A good idea would be some plug wire heat socks and some valve cover lip brackets to hold the wires away from the headers.
