Default NX MAF kit and 250 shot??

I have NX maf kit and im wondering who has ran a 250 shot through it with success. my car has all supporting mods to handle it just wondering about the kit

I sprayed 300(150/150) on a dual stage gemina nitrous maf kit with a stand alone fuel system on a built lt1 car

5, one for purge, as long as you pull the correct timing and you have enough fuel pressure you will be fine

Okay, that things is good for 250hp on each stage. We had quite a few people spraying that much on the two piece design, I wouldn't have any issues running that much.

Yes I have the purge also. . what about cylinder distribution at that amount of nitrous? With the maf kit

It has pretty good distribution, similiar to a single nozzle. I normally recommend to start looking towards a direct port in the 300hp and up range, depending on the individual customers goals.

I have this same 2 piece NX MAF and I love how it performs, however with the ported MAF ends my car starts shifting funny. I have also read of ported MAF ends making the tune leaner. Any truth to this. I know the ported MAF ends effect the trans shifting. What's the solution. I would love to put it back on but went back to my nozzles.

If you are wanting to run 300 regularly I would look into a direct port, the plate will flow 300 but a direct port would lead to the best cylinder to cylinder distribution, at higher horsepower levels this is key.
