HPTuner shipping question I just ordered HPtuners for 00-01 fbody on Thursday. The web site said 2-3 days for a tracking number. Can anyone verify the average time it takes to receive the software/cable?
I wish they had a phone number to contact for service instead of the support emailing.

I just shipped my cable to you guys today and it should be there in a day or 2. I also paypal'd 200 bucks to upgrade me to the usb and eio cable. Any chance ill see it this month? I emailed Ken and have been working with him, but i cant check my yahoo at work.

You have to keep reminding them. If you dont you will be forgotten. I had issues Keith fixed it once I emailed him again. I have parts all over postal limbo!
