Bolt-ins; you can find them used, and you can
sell them for what you paid if you change your
mind, go back to stock, get a 12-bolt later, etc.
They are plenty solid and they work, and you
also can't install them at the wrong angle -
unlike weld-ins.

Nearly impossible to screw up installing the bolt-on relocation brackets, on the other hand if you go with weld-on's and there's a problem you're screwed. JMO

I forgot to throw in there a question about
BMR's PANHARD ROD RELOCATION KIT for the Upper Rod

I have gmmg catback and when it was installed it was rubbing the upper rod alittle and i had to adjust it alittle and now I am wondering that when I lower my car will it rubber again because the body of the car dropped?

Exhaust and the panhard brace are both body-
mounted, their relation would not change unless
you (say) rehung the exhaust to relieve some
other lowering-related bind.

Yeah like $10 at Lowe's hardware. With a few simple tools you can make your own. I welded mine, but you wouldn't have to. Here's some pics, scroll down aways in this thread:
