Check Out this Twin-Turbo LS-powered Aston Martin Drift Car!

If you thought this Aston wasn’t capable of shredding tires and pulling crazy angle, you’d be dead wrong.

When you think of insane pro-level drift cars, the last thing that comes to mind is probably an Aston Martin. Its very likely that you’ve never even seen an Aston Martin drift car before. Hell, I haven’t ever even seen an Aston Martin lose traction. This must be due to the fact that conceptually Astons are not meant to be track beasts that destroy everything in their path. Rather, they are meant to be lofty, comfortable, luxurious sports cars that have presence and prestige.

We were happy and surprised when we heard that somebody was using or driving an Aston Martin outside of your local expensive neighborhood mall. We were even happier when we heard that it was powered by a twin-turbo LS. Thanks to Drift Games‘ YouTube, we get a comprehensive walk around of the car and all its glory.

This Aston might be one of the most expensive and high-end drift cars we have ever seen and the parts that have gone into the build speak volumes in regard to its quality. The owner of this car is Sultan Al Qassimi and he’s not scared to spend a little money. The car comes from Abu Dhabi, UAE and right off the bat when you see you think that it may have terrible orange peel or is really dirty. That’s until you get closer and realize that this custom wide-body is built completely out of crushed carbon: carbon-fiber’s more expensive and more durable brother. Every single panel of the car has been replaced in crushed carbon via 3D scanning and molding.

However, the real money-maker here has to be the twin-turbo LSA under the hood. This LSA has been built from top to bottom with forged components. The turbos are from Garrett and they barely fit under the hood. We still aren’t exactly sure how they got this to package properly. The power levels are respectable running low boost, as the car only makes around 700 WHP as it stands with a sequential gearbox. Once the engine is properly broken in, they will consider turning up the boost a lot more. As you know, this type of powerplant is more than capable of making 1000 WHP+ no problem.

The amount of detail put into this car is beyond mostly anything we have seen before and if you are interested feel free to watch the whole video. Trust us, its pretty amazing.
