1973 Camaro LS3

Perfectly modded, this second-gen Camaro has one of the best set-ups we’ve seen in a long time.

When Chevy released the second-generation of the Camaro in 1970, it got off to a bumpy start. By 1972, the Camaro was in trouble. Beset by strikes and new safety restrictions, Chevrolet was a crossroads. Continue onwards with design changes, or scrap the model. They chose wisely. If anyone had a doubt, this 1973 Chevy Camaro is solid proof of just how good these second-gen cars can be.

Chevy had to made some changes to keep the 1973 Camaro in production. Some were just common sense and in compliance with emissions, or safety standards. And some cuts were based in saving money. Which meant less options were offered, performance-wise. But today, much oomph can be found in a LS swap.
