What might be the lowest-mile 1975 Chevy Camaro in existence is also in totally original condition with no modifications.

Low-mile vehicles are all the rage these days, with collectors routinely seeking out special examples that have been stored away for years and barely driven. It’s fairly easy to find modern collector cars with scant mileage, of course, but older ones aren’t quite as common, mainly because people didn’t really see those vehicles as potential investments decades ago. Thus, this 1975 Chevy Camaro with 7,503 original miles that’s set to cross the block at Mecum’s upcoming Kissimmee auction is a truly special find – and a real time warp, to boot.

It isn’t immediately clear how this 1975 Chevy Camaro has managed to exist for nearly 50 years without being driven much, but the results of that preservation speak for themselves. This second-gen is in simply amazing condition inside and out, a true survivor in a world where there aren’t many, at least as it pertains to this particular model. Heck, it’s hard enough to find a nice, original second-generation Camaro of any kind, let alone a bone stock one with less than 10k miles on the clock.

Unrestored with no modifications, this 1975 Camaro is a Type LT model with the optional Z28 decal package, giving it a proper ’70s look. It’s also finished in a fairly rare color – Metallic Light Saddle – which is matched with a brown plaid interior. Other notable options include an auxiliary rear speaker, rear window defogger, and power brakes.

Like most cars from this era, the vintage Camaro won’t light anybody’s hair on fire in the performance department, though it is equipped with the venerable 350 V8, a four-speed manual transmission, and 3.08 rear gears. More importantly, it’s being sold with a host of documentation including the bill of sale, owner’s manual, warranty booklet, original registration, sales brochure, and a written history of the car since it was sold new.

Though it isn’t exactly some rare, highly desirable vehicle, this 1975 Chevy Camaro is an amazing find that might just be the lowest-mile example left on the planet, and for that reason, it’s special in our book. And with an auction estimate of between $35,000 and $50,000, it likely won’t break the bank, either.
