Default Cam Only 5th Gen 10.87 @ 124.35

Went to No Problem Raceway in La tonight and set what I believe to be the quickest cam only et for a 2010+ Camaro. Track was hooking and here are the slips!

VVT cam, Lts, Cai, Ported intake and tb, udp, converter, gears, slick and skinnies on 93 octane. Even with the seats out its about 3770 with me in it and 3/8 tank of fuel like I ran it.

Thanks man, I ran a 10.97 first pass out. Been hoping for a 10.9 cam/bolt on pass for a while. I got that and a lil more! I ran 3 1.50x short times, then ripped off that 1.48, it just dead hooked and ripped!

Your car is not like most 5th gens iv seen. Very impressive. What is the stall speed on that converter and if you dont mind whats some of the specs on that cam? Also are you sure thats what your race weight was?
Why dont I see any other 5th gens run like this?

The stall is a circle D 4000 1e. 3780 raceweight, cam is a mast motorsports ss vvt cam 230/244.

Our shop is a sponsor on here. Gwatney Performance Innovations. It's my personal daily driver, but I build and tune ls setups for a living, so its dialed in good.

No one is pushing them, most of them fall in the wrong hands, guys that just want to cruise and make a little power. I want to whip ***....lol.

Damn impressive. There's days I wish I would have pushed my SS with a cam and a TH400 swap. I'm happy with the Vette but I was no where near tapping the potential of the SS.

Shoot, but I still wouldnt call that a full out effort car. Your car is maybe a notch above a mid range build? Still wonderful on the street, decent MPG, ect.
Your raceweight vs mine at the time my car did 11.1 (mine was 3450) is a big dif and your making me want one of those cars lol

It is a mild build, 22 mpg on hwy with 3.91 gears. Cam is 230s 240s. The setup just works.
I have tons of ls experience. Our shop is a sponsor on here. GPI, I do all the calibration work and most of the fifth gen builds. Hell I just built a tt3.6 2012 camaro that's about to bust 10s. It put down 588 on 92 octane on 20 psi.

I'm looking at a very similar cam soon... High LSA however.

What kind of Rwhp did you make?

Stock untouched ls3 intake and heads?

Stock intake and heads, 478 rwhp, stock heads and ported stock intake, 492 rwhp. Both on 92 octane.
The latter combo made 503 on e85.
