I realize the majority of this forum is made up of F-body members (and that's OK) but there are still some very knowledgeable people here.So here goes...
I have a 2001 C5 A4 382 LS1 Stroker N/A, runs hi tens. I've modified everything I can think of without going to a obvious power adder (Turbo,Blower,NOS). I'm thinking that maybe I'm missing something in the suspension. You know..out of sight, out of mind.
Anyway, I was thinking maybe some adjustable shocks and maybe bring up the car's height just a little ( maybe 1/2 inch all around) Yeah. the car is slammed and yeah , it looks great but I need .2-.3 tenths for mid 10's N/A.
Here's a link below to a video of one of my runs. Notice the launch. The car will squat to the left . I think I could use a little more transfer from front to back to improve the 60 ft times and get into the 1.4X range...I'm now in the low 1.50-1.53 range. Watcha' Think

Man I ran into similiar issues when we first went with our HPE 383. The added power really played havoc on our already border line traction. We went with taller Slicks and added adjustable shocks all the way around. The shocks made a huge difference. We were crushing our slicks to the rim after the suspension bottomed out. The two biggest improvemnets were being able to tighten the rear shock settings and getting the slicks real hot. We went from 1.49 60ft to 1.42 60fts just by learning to get the burnout down pat. We burn out in drive and make sure the rpms stay up over 6000 all the way up into 3rd gear. It sticks now.
Personally after watching the video , I would play with the burnout first. You are spinning out of the hole , but the tires are not getting slammed so the suspension may be ok for your set up.
Very impressive car. Keep us posted!

I also have had traction problems lately. I just picked up a set of Hoosier 28x10x16 slicks. On the street it's a night and day difference from the 26x11.5x16 M/T E.T. Streets. I haven't been to the track with the new tires yet though. And with my house draining all my $ right now, I probably won't be able to for a few months. If these tires don't work, I'm going to install poly bushings in the rear suspension and look into QA1 double adjustable shocks.

Looks like your car is still running strong, you`ve been running that engine hard for what 2 or 3 years. I remember getting ribbed about your car being slightly quicker then my same NA engine setup by Mike Norris. I finally got my 60' down by playing with the settings on the QA1s and adding a Spohn drag swaybar(which is not available for your car). Using 28" slicks and adjustable shocks is probably your best answer.
