Are you a M6 or A4? Maybe doing some suspension work will help alot I would think. If you are a A4 then a nice converter will do alot.

Yeah suspension work like LCA's, subframe connectors, torque arm, front shocks and springs, and some drag radials. You might want to up your shot to a 100 or 150 to get into the 10's with the M6 and do you have a new clutch or the stock clutch?

I have a z06 clutch that is not that old and stock rear. Are front shocks/springs and torque arm really that important. Where you at in MD were you at Mason Dixon on Saturday?

Yeah I work there. And Yes I think most parts of the suspension set-up are very important.

I would say with almost full suspension(torque arm, panhard, sub frames, lower control arms, and probably some adjustable front shocks), a 150 shot, and a 15" wheel with a 26" et street, et drag, or drag radial it would be possible. I don't think you will do it on the stock rear end however.

I think the other guy means on a lighter wheel like Bogart's or Prostar's. But any kind of stickier tire will help a lot, just to get into the 10's with that setup I think the race weight needs to come down. Just remember the stock rear is not going to take the abuse you want to put it through on sticky tires and a M6 car with nitrous. It will most likely go the first trip down the track.

That should work! However, I think you will benefit from a lighter wheel...especially since it is rotating weight!
