Is a high 1.4 sixty foot attainable (or should I say realistic?) in a mid 11 second, full weight car?
For a mid 11 sec car the 60 ft would be around 1.52-1.55 with 115 mph. Getting into the 1.4's with a mid 11 sec car isn't very common.

I think it works great for what it is, might try to stiffen the rear and get it to leave a little more even, even thought it may only pull the left front 1" it's still taking power away from the launch twisting.

Maybe an air bag in the right rear unless you can adjust the sway bar to preload the right rear some.

Thanks for the input...that's why I asked. I am hard pressed to believe my car would 60 foot a tenth better than it does without more horsepower helping it as well. You must be a mind reader as I was also thinking of just adding an airbag in the right rear and probably not disturbing anything else.

nice times gotta love the stock catback it is what i got too...throw on an electric cutout and you still will be able to drive it closed on the street like me but at the track it gained me 2mph and .2 et...i do have a z28 so i cant remember if the ss has a little bit better free flowing muffler...worth the 150 bucks in my opinion...

Thanks. I swapped on a new (single in/single out homemade "Mufflex" style) exhaust yesterday, so hopefully I get a tenth from the stock catback removal...If not, at least it sounds mean now...lol

You still running power steering?

Is so look a a short belt mod to bypass it for track trips, you'll be surprised on the gain.

Yes, still running power steering. Underdrive crank pulley, but no short belt mod.

Maybe I'll try that next Spring, although I like to run exactly as I drive it.

Thanks for the tip!

Congrats bro...

I know with my 4K stalled fuddle can net me 1.5X 60's all day long. But, I dont think I got my wheels up though. I still have stockish shocks (monroes from autozone) and BMR 1" lowering springs which I think are killing me.

I do know that when I got the 1.45 60' on the juice, the car twisted pretty bad so I can imagine that I might have gotten at least one tire off the ground.

Again, congrats!
