How much will headers help?

I just ran a 12.8 @ 109.65 this past weekend with just the mods in the sig. If I added long tubes to that, what do you think would be possible, how much could that take off of my time?

I dont have headers but I hear they drop times by about 3-4 tenths.

ET is all dependant on traction. I would say, since you are a manual, that you'll gain about 3mph to your 109. You need to find out what the DA was in your past run at Atco, this way your factors will be correct each time.

In my 99 Z A4 I went from 12.8 to 12.4. My cousin went from 13.2-12.8 in 01 SS M6. Like said above you will see 3-4 tenths depending on traction.

I don't have any practical experience or like most of the replies above, but my understanding was that even a good set of headers was only worth 20hp. Traditionally shouldn't that only be worth about 2 tenths? Why do you guys think they seem to be worth more in these applications?
