just broke 12s today! sooo last time i went to the drag strip i couldnt do anything better than a 13.2. this time my WORST time was a 13.2 haha... so yea I was getting frustrated cuz i couldn't break into the 12s... I ran a 13.08, then a 13.03, then a 13.02!!! i was just .02 seconds away from getting a 12.9!!! so me wanting so badly to hit 12's, we let my car sit for a while... bought some ice and put it on the intake... took about 100lbs out of my car (the back seats, some crap i had in my trunk) then i let the coolant temp settle down to 180 degrees and then i went up for another run
60 ft - 1.92
1/8 mile time - 8.1
1/8 mile mph - 87.5
1/4 mile time - 12.6
1/4 mile mph - 109.4
holy crap that suprised me... all i have done is cold air intake, exhaust, street tune, and just put some Nitto 555's (275/40/17) on the rear.. man am i in a good mood!!

Yes sir i was so happy when i got into the 12s, it was on my secodn run ever with the car, first run was a 13.24 with me granny shifting so i new if i pushed the car i could do it. My mods are, headers, catback and a lid. Street tires. Went a 12.87 at 110 mph. With 337rwhp, now i have a tune, mild cam, new clutch port polished heads, lsx intake manifold, hoping for low 12s.
