Default Cost me a clutch, but I finally got it...

First time ever on nitto's, babying it outta the hole as to not grenade the IRS, and with a slipping clutch I was able to finally get my 12.

Thats ok, for a GTO, its still respectible. Textrilia makes a great clutch that can take the abuse. Tick Perf has made a NEW ( i mean re designed from the ground up) clutch master, I think they will be doing one for GTO's, that maybe something to look at.

Thanks for the ideas. I have an idea on a clutch at the moment. It's one that a semi-local shop makes.

* Rated at 700/700
* H.D. Pressure plate
* 12" 6 puck ceramatallic disc
* Billet steel 28.8lbs (stock weight) flywheel
* New pilot bearing (not cheap brass bushing!)
* New slave cylinder
* Alignment tool

All installed for about the cost of the textrailia alone.
