Eh, Z06 = Chevy's top of the line Vette..plus 4 seater iron blocked heavy Mustang vs 2 seater sports car with bigger motor that is completely aluminum not to mention even the glass is thinner vs other Corvettes to save weight. (list could go on)

I expected better. Carry on...

being supercharged and at 500plus rwhp, a more fair race would be vs a new c6 z06. I see that race going a little different

any PIG running enough boost would beat a stock V-8 Mustang with a chip and bolt-ons (the mustang that flies in the air in the new commercials)

Sweet Termi ! Those cars were built BEAST! Forged internals, 4.6 DOHC, 32 V Eaton series motor. Don't take much to make BIG power.

In my area a clean Z06 can be had for about the same, if not a little less, than a Termi, I'll take the vette.

And 17 year old girls won't tell you they have a Mustang, too, but there's is a convertible.

Love the Termi at 512 his blower is ported for sure. I don't see why it is such a surprise. He probably has 100+ whp more at least. Once again no surprise. I love how the 1 liter is looked at more than a ported blower. Not that it matters the Vette would need at least h/c or cam and spray to win.

Good Kill. I like termi's but from what i have seen that things moved out more like a sub 600rwhp car. . . Had no traction in the first run and then went by him like he was in reverse, or the vette's motor is beat lol

Good post, this video is indicative of what every Mustang vs Corvette race should look like.

Cudos to you for finding this fine example of Corvette performance!
Also the driver of the Vette seems really cool and definitely knew exactly what he was doing!

Its possible.. Pully + full bolt-ons + tune...

Seeing as a stock 03 Cobra and Stock C5 Z are generally a good race, I saw this one coming.
